ABOUT US
At the heart of UnityBridge Network, LLC is a simple but profound conviction — that genuine love shows up in deed and in truth. We did not arrive at this work by accident. When we recognized that so many adults in our community lacked access to stable, affordable housing, we knew that compassion alone was not enough. God's Word made it clear that seeing a need and doing nothing was never an option. First John 3:16-18 laid the foundation for everything we do:
"Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth."
UnityBridge Network is that love in action and was established to close the gap for adults who have reliable income yet still find themselves shut out of stable, affordable housing.
Drawing on backgrounds in healthcare, social services, housing coordination, property management, and community outreach, we take a structured, dignity-first approach to connecting people with safe homes and the support services they need to thrive.
Our work is grounded in real stories — conversations with individuals navigating major life changes and working toward lasting stability. We believe that true stability goes beyond having a roof overhead. It means building the right conditions for healing, personal growth, and a renewed sense of direction and possibility.
OUR MISSION
The mission of UnityBridge Network (UBN) is to create pathways and bridges to stability and independence for adults facing housing insecurity. We connect individuals with safe homes, supportive services, and community partners who promote wellness, personal growth, and long‑term success.
A community where every person has a safe place to call home and the resources to rebuild their life with dignity.
OUR VISION
WHAT WE DO
We work hand in hand with a broad network of organizations and local stakeholders to ensure that every individual we serve has access to the people, resources, and structure needed to move forward with confidence and dignity. This includes:
Safe, affordable shared housing in welcoming, well-maintained environments
Supportive services and community resources tailored to each person's needs
Meaningful opportunities designed to foster long-term stability and independence
WHO WE SERVE
We proudly serve seniors, veterans, survivors of domestic violence, returning citizens, and adults facing housing instability. Beyond the individuals in our care, we also extend our support to the wider network of agencies, advocates, and faith communities who stand beside them — because lasting change happens when we all work together.
