PLACE & ONBOARD
A community partner reaches out via phone, email, or your contact form with basic client information. We respond within one business day to acknowledge the referral and schedule an intake conversation.
We conduct a brief, respectful intake interview with the prospective resident to assess needs, explain program expectations, and confirm compatibility. This includes verifying funding source and answering any questions.
Once approved, the participant signs the community agreement, pays the one-time community fee and first month's program fee, service coordination follows, and they move into the agreed upon location. We ensure they are provided with a warm welcome, are introduced to other program participants, and we remain available as an ongoing resource.
